Regular meditation (Zazen) practice and instruction with an experienced meditation teacher who can help you engage with the heart of practice. We hold weekly meditation in Doncaster and Days of Zen in Sheffield and Doncaster.
There is an opportunity to study traditional Zen Meditation, mindfulness and explore both Koan study and Shikantaza (trl. just sitting). Private Interview (Daisan) is available at most of our events.
